Today I spun up the beaded roving from yesterday. I have been enjoying the different fibres but it is nice to spin something colourful.
Adding the beads was not too bad, although I quite often missed the extra little strand of fluff that stops them sliding around.
See, beads on yarn, although you can't actually tell that they have been spun on, but I promise I did not cheat and thread them on a finished single.
That's so awesome. I need more patience to spin. I'm bad at it now so I haven't been practicing. XD
ReplyDeleteWow, great job! I must try that sometime!
ReplyDeletelooking good
ReplyDeleteOn a spindle? You are a rock star!
ReplyDeleteSo lovely! I am turning green with all the spinners out there! But nothing but cash is holding me back from purchasing these home spun lovelies. I cant wait to see what comes of this.
ReplyDeleteOH I just saw you have starter kids...must check that out.
