A little attempt at some ceramics using air drying clay, it was not meant to look like a tortoise/army helmet but I have to admit it does.
s Another square from the UK RAK sock yarn supply. Variegated yarns are great for this project as one ball will make four or five different looking squares, sometimes more.

I saw my first yarn ball at AOBA Nationals this spring. The woman who made the yarn balls also make amazing cups, plates, bowls, etc with images of Alpacas molded in. I should have bought the coffee cup set I was eying AND the yarn ball but...my spending budget went to fiber (go figure) Next time I will buy from her. Another farm said every year they budget for one item from the booth. Yeah, smart move. I love your yarn ball. The color is gorgeous.
