I have been higly amused by this little guy since I made him. Which took probably less than an hour and the tiniest of scraps of yarn.
Why? Well just because.
Pattern: Hamsterbeans by Eily Stoneking
Yarn: random DK superwash merino
Needles: 2.5mm
Mods: added an extra round of increases after the first plain body round. Corresponding decreases at the other end.
Make one, he is amazing :)
On my hand for scale (I have normal size hands, not giant ones or anything)
For reference, the post title refers to an amusing Bill Bailey sketch
I saw this pattern years ago, and kept a copy--I may have to drag it out. Honestly, can one stop at knitting just one? Doesn't your Hammie look lonesome?
